Wasps sting fails to trouble Knights

Very good, very pleasing, full team performance today! Every player playing really well.

Felix: Rarely troubled but ready to spring into action when required. Took control in his area and made some good, brave saves. All after being winded before the game began! Well done Felix for coming back from that and helping your team to victory!

Oscar: Using his size and strength to good effect, strong in the tackle and comfortable taking the ball forward and passing. Well done Oscar!

Logan: Consistently strong in the tackle and cleared the danger well. Starting to gain in confidence running the ball out of defence into attack. Well done Logan!

Jack: Constantly giving his all, was all over the pitch, strong in the tackle, winning the ball back, starting attacks, driving forward, tracking back, passing, and bagged a goal for his hard work. Coaches and Parents Player of the Match so very well done Jack!

Will: Another player who constantly gives everything, good instincts and reading of the game that if he went forward and we lose possession back he went, if one of our defenders went on a run back he went to cover and all without being asked. Well done Will!

Freddie: Good skills and control with the ball at feet, head up looking to pass, tracked back and tackled and was always looking for an opportunity to gather the ball and attack the opposition goal and bagged a goal for his hard efforts. Well done Freddie!

Brody: Assisted in giving Knights an option to allow other defended minded players and opportunity to try bring on their attacking qualities, defended well and was always looking to turn defence into attack. Thank-you and well done Brody!

Harry B: Harry was asked to play the role of supplier in gathering the ball from midfield and attacking the wings before crossing into attacking areas to bring on other teammates which he did in abundance before being asked to then go more direct and banged in two goals. Thank-you and well done Harry!
